Work out for a Pregnant Woman: Right or Wrong

"Pregnancy is not an ailment," The gynecologist doctor in Gurgaon Ragini Agrawal unleashes this secret.  "We need to stop thinking of pregnant women as if they are ill or distorted. We have entered the new era, in which we know convincingly that exercise is safe for a pregnant woman."

For low-risk pregnancies, exercise is encouraged as healthy by the doctor Ragini. Here are a few more things every pregnant lady should know about exercise...

1. Working out during pregnancy is not hazardous.
In fact, it's the opposite. The profit of exercise while expecting include condensed backaches and bloating, more energy, better mood, and, of course, muscle pitch and strength, which come in use. 

2. You can still do cardio.
It's a myth that you have to sacrifice jogging or dancing.  Any exercises a woman did prior to pregnancy, she can carry on to do while she's 

3. You can allow your heart rate go over 140 beats per minute.
If your heart rate is too quick, then blood flow to your uterus can happen to impaired. So until 2010, the 140 beats per minute were not considered healthy. But because highest heart rate varies from person to person, across diverse ages and fitness levels, the medical board detached that guideline. 




4. You perhaps should not go to hot yoga.
Or run in the heat, since doctors believe that very high temperatures over an extended period of time can harm a developing fetus. However this is not a complete truth as that is the way your body cools down.

5. If you weren't exercising often before pregnancy, it's not too delayed to start.
Dr. Ragini suggests safe, low-impact exercises akin to walking and swimming can be good place to initiate.

6. Your baby is not active around in your uterus like a ball when you exercise.
Your baby is engulfed in amniotic fluid, in your uterus and abdominal walls. It is so cushioned in there, now and then the baby does not want to come out.

7. You can still lift weights.
If you're in the routine of strength-training, you can lift what you're relaxed with. After all, one time the baby comes, you shall be lifting it every day.




8. Working out during pregnancy is a reward for your wisdom.
It's not just about restrictive weight gain, although that's a motivator, since gaining too much for your BMI can lead to amplified risk of C-section, gestational diabetes, plus preeclampsia (pregnancy-induced high blood pressure). The psychological and mental special effects of exercise are enormous during pregnancy.  It is another way that you can sustain some control over your body, which is varying at lightning speed.

9. The exercises you did during your first pregnancy would not essentially feel best for your second if you go for it.
 This all depends upon your body endurance and do what works for you. Therefore it is not mandatory to follow the same trend in the second pregnancy which you have done in the previous one.
